Submission of Complaints
Complaints or suggestions should be sent to the official email address of the journal:
All complaints are reviewed within 30 working days from the date of receipt. In cases requiring additional investigation or expert consultation, the review period may be extended. The complainant will be informed accordingly.
Requirements for Complaints
A complaint should:
· be clearly formulated;
· describe the nature of the alleged issue;
· provide sufficient evidence or justification;
· include supporting documents or references, where possible.
Anonymous complaints will be considered only if supported by substantial evidence.
Scope of Competence
The Editorial Board considers complaints related to:
· publication ethics violations;
· conflicts of interest;
· plagiarism;
· authorship disputes;
· peer review procedures;
· corrections or retractions.
Personal complaints unrelated to the editorial process are not within the journal’s competence.
Complaints containing offensive, threatening, or defamatory language may be dismissed without review.
