The journal “Agricultural Machinery” respects the right of users to personal data protection and ensures confidentiality in accordance with Ukrainian legislation and international data protection standards.
Names, email addresses, and other personal data provided by users during registration or submission are used solely for editorial purposes and communication within the journal’s activities. Such data are not shared with third parties and are not used for commercial purposes.
Data Processing
Personal data of registered and non-registered users are processed according to standard procedures for peer-reviewed scholarly journals.
This includes:
· contact information of authors, reviewers, and editors;
· data necessary for managing the peer review process;
· information used for authorship identification and bibliographic publication.
Data are processed exclusively to support editorial workflow and scholarly communication.
Responsibility of Authors and Editorial Team
Authors are responsible for ensuring compliance with confidentiality requirements regarding personal data of individuals involved in research described in their articles.
Editors, reviewers, and members of the Editorial Board are obliged to maintain confidentiality and not disclose information obtained during the editorial process.

The journal adheres to the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:
· Right to be informed and access – users have the right to obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data.
· Right to rectification – users may request correction of inaccurate data.
