Abstract

The article revealed the main problems that have been achieved in the general sector of Ukraine. It focuses on the major local cultures and methods that apply national standards and their compliance with European Union (EU) rules and regulations and well-known world grain exporters.

When exporting cereals from Ukraine to the EU countries and other countries of the world, it is necessary to take into account the usual (average) potential possibilities of using the export grain and to compare the quality of the grain on the basis of its protein or gluten content, humidity level, number of incidence and amount of trash. It is established, based on the State Statistics Committee, that the efficiency of Ukrainian grain exports compared to the EU averages 47% for wheat, 22% for barley and 52% for corn, ie the EU market is the most promising for the Ukrainian grain market. Ukraine needs to implement certain measures and mechanisms for growth. The article examines the relationship between the harmonization of national standards in agricultural production and their impact on the development of Ukraine's economy, namely the efficiency of export-import operations. In harmonization of national standards, various methods are used that affect the quality of compliance of approved regulatory and technical documents of Ukraine.
