Abstract

In this paper an analysis of nonstationary signals is presented using the transformation of Habor. Variants of time windows and their characteristics are considered. Investigation of the use of time windows in the problem of analysis of nonstationary signals, using the program developed in the package Mathcad. Was determined the advantages and disadvantages of Habor’s transformation.
