Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

    1. The submission file is a document in Microsoft Word format (DOC, DOCX).
    2. The article contains all structural elements (1800-character abstract including spaces, problem statement, analysis of recent research and publications, objectives, exposition of main material, conclusions, and prospects for further research).

Author Guidelines

Articles in Technological Complexes (TC) are published in English and Ukrainian. The editorial board gives priority to articles written in English since they can be submitted for evaluation to a wider range of reviewers.

Structural elements of the article:

  1. UDC (Times New Roman Cyr 11 pt).
  2. Name SURNAME [ORCID], affiliation. (in Ukrainian and English). Times New Roman Cyr 11 pt.
  3. Article title (in Ukrainian and English). Arial font, size 11 pt, semi-bold with single line spacing and centered alignment. 
  4. Abstracts of 1800 characters including spaces (in Ukrainian and English) should contain a brief summary of the article and are placed 1 cm below the article title, typed with a 1 cm paragraph indent, Times New Roman Cyr 11 pt with single line spacing and justified alignment.
  5. Keywords. Below the abstracts, keywords (5-7 examples) are mandatory (in Ukrainian and English). Times New Roman Cyr 11 pt.
  6. INTRODUCTION, PROBLEM STATEMENT in general, and its connection with important scientific or practical tasks. Times New Roman Cyr 11 pt.
  7. ANALYSIS OF RECENT RESEARCH AND PUBLICATIONS initiating the solution to this problem and on which the author relies, highlighting previously unresolved questions of the general problem addressed by the article.
  8. FORMULATION OF ARTICLE OBJECTIVES (task setting).
  9. EXPOSITION OF THE MAIN RESEARCH MATERIAL with full justification of the scientific results obtained.

The main text is placed 1 cm below the abstracts, typed with a 1 cm paragraph indent, Times New Roman Cyr 11  pt with single line spacing and justified alignment.

    MANUSCRIPT FORMATTING REQUIREMENTS

    Page Parameters:
    - Top, bottom, and left margins: 2 cm.
    - Right margin: 2 cm.
    - Distance from the edge to the top header: 1.25 cm.
    - Distance from the edge to the bottom footer: 1.25 cm.

    Main text should be positioned 1 cm below the abstracts, with a 1 cm paragraph indent. Use Arial font, size 10 pt, with single line spacing, and justify alignment.

    The formula set should be done in the Microsoft Equation formula editor. Font: Times New Roman Cyr. Font sizes: regular – 12 pt, large subscript – 7 pt, small subscript – 5 pt, large superscript – 18 pt, small superscript – 12 pt. Equations should be centered and labeled (formula labels are centered at the right edge of the page). The notation for the formulas should be formatted with a new paragraph indent of 0 cm starting with the word "where". All subsequent notations are done separately with a new paragraph indent of 0.5 cm.

    In the article, illustrations should be placed in the text flow after the reference to them, separated from the main text by one paragraph each at the top and bottom. The caption of the figure should be in Times New Roman Cyr font, size 11 pt, and centered widthwise. All figures should be clear and contrastive and saved in *.jpg, *.tif, or *.bmp formats with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

    Tables, like figures, should be placed after the text following the reference to them and should be separated from the main text by only one paragraph below. Their width should be at least 1 cm less than the width of the page, and the table itself should be centered. All tables should be numbered and contain a title located above the table with a 1 cm paragraph indent in Times New Roman Cyr font, size 11 pt.

    References. Dear authors, please pay attention to the correctness of forming references in our journal. Their flawless adherence will facilitate the work for the editorial team when compiling the collection for printing. Therefore, when there is a reference to a formula in the text, it should be presented as follows – (1). For example, formula (1) or expression (1) or equation (1). Direct references to figures in the text should be "Figure 1". For example, "...the pressure differential spectrum is presented in Figure 1." In cases where any previous figure is mentioned in the text, it should be "(Fig. 1)". For example, "Analytical dependencies (Fig. 1) allowed to establish the amplitude pressure differential..." References to tables are formatted as "Table 1". For example, "Table 1 presents the calculated values of diameters...". References to literature follow the requirements of the IEEE style and have the following format – [1]. For example, "...physical measurement methods [1]" or "...and the existing classification [2] and [4] allow to make...".
    Markers. Marked or numbered lists in the manuscript text are centered widthwise with a 1 cm paragraph indent and a 1.5 cm hanging indent. In marked lists, items are detailed using a non-letter orthographic mark, "hyphen", while in numbered lists, "Arabic numerals in parentheses" are used.
    For example:
    - marked list a, marked list b, marked list c, marked list d, marked list e, marked list f;
    - marked list g,
    or
    1) numbered list a, numbered list b, numbered list c, numbered list d, numbered list e, numbered list f;
    2) numbered list g.

    Please refrain from citing sources from the aggressor country, and also include the DOI of articles in the reference list.
