  1. A scientific article must have the following necessary elements: statement of the problem in general and its connection with important scientific or practical tasks; analysis of the latest research and publications in which the solution of this problem has been initiated and on which the author relies, selection of previously unsolved parts of the general problem to which this article is devoted; formulation of the goals of the article; presentation of the main material of the study with a full justification of the obtained scientific results; conclusions from this study and prospects for further research in this area.

  1. The article can be submitted in Ukrainian, Russian or English. The article should be typed in a text editor not lower than MS WORD 97/03 and printed only on a laser or inkjet printer on white sheets of A4 format (297x210 mm). Do not perform page numbering. 1. Page parameters: top, bottom and left margins - 2 cm, right margins 2.5 cm. From the edge to the header footer - 1.25 cm, bottom - 1.25 cm.

  1. Article header: UDC index, initials and surnames of the authors are placed one paragraph below in the font 11 pt, the name of the organization - typed from a new line in the font Time New Roman Cyr size 11 pt with a single line spacing and centered. 8. The article must be accompanied by a review by a leading scientist in the scientific field of the article and the author's certificate in written and electronic form in the following form:

Full Name
Place of work, position, scientific degree, academic title
Research interests, ORCID
Title of the article and personal signatures of all authors
Address for correspondence, telephone, e-mail, contact person
