Abstract

The main tasks for the information-measuring system as part of the installation for spark-plasma sintering of
dispersed materials have been determined, the structural diagram of this system has been developed and the principles of
operation of its measuring units have been analyzed. Analytical expressions are obtained for the parameters of the sintering
process, according to which the microcontroller converts the input signals arriving at its analog ports to the numerical form of
the corresponding format. In the places of connection, a monitoring system with the units of the technological installation
information signals are transported through an optical amplifier with a linear transmission coefficient. The computer
software forms a two-way communication with the monitoring system through a standard or virtual serial port, outputs the
parameters of the spark-plasma sintering process into separate text blocks in the background with a set sampling period and
processing algorithm.
