ANALYSIS OF EQUALIZATIONS PRESSING OF THE PLATED FERROUS POWDERS
Abstract
The analysis of compactedness of ferrous powder is in-process conducted copper-clad by means of basic mathematical equalizations, that describe the processes of deformation of porous body, as dependence of closeness from pressure of pressing. Substantive theoretical provisions that describe the closeness of powder-like body as function from pressure are applied, equalizations of Kunin-Urchenko, Balshin M.U., Zdanovich G.М. and Shtern М.B behave to that. The character of compression of ferrous powder copper-clad differs from the compression of one component ferrous powder, that it contingently that for composition powders iron is a copper the mechanisms of flowage prevail are showed. It is set that structure of pressing from composition ferrous powders, where a copper comes forward as a plastic layer, maximally close to the continuous continuum and correctly described by equalization that is based on the theories of integrity of coercible environment.
