Abstract

The article develops the methodology of distribution of quality indicators of oilseed flax straw and retted straw by classes (grade). To perform the tasks used the method of multidimensional statistical analysis - cluster analysis. The results of the evaluation are the basis of the procedure of optimal distribution of samples of the studied raw materials into numbers according to the quality indicators obtained experimentally. The study of the basic rules of assessing the level quality of industrial products, as well as the principles of modeling processes and basics of system analysis became the theoretical basis for developing a new complex quality control system for oilseed flax stems and retted straw with scientific substantiation of distribution their quality indicators on numbers. On the basis of clustering indicators, the first time it was proposed to determine the quality of oilseed flax straw and retted straw by five numbers: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, which allows to predict the feasibility of their industrial processing and functional purpose of the product. For the five numbers of straw, the limit sums of grades are set by three groups of colors, and for the five numbers of retted straw - by three groups of separability.
