Abstract

The purpose of this article is to enhance the information and software complex for controlling the operational state of vehicles within an enterprise of motor transport. The gradual development of new types of transportation has led to an increase in the time vehicles spend away from the main production base, and consequently, the role of preventative maintenance of vehicles has increased. Therefore, the creation of a flexible "adaptive" control and management system for the technical condition of a vehicle, with elements of an individual approach to each specific vehicle, has become a priority task. Due to the fact that the main part of vehicles in Ukraine is concentrated in small-sized and small-numbered enterprises of motor transport and the impossibility of purchasing appropriate equipment and having a technical service that is responsible for the technical condition of vehicles, enhancements were made to the information and software complexes "Virtual Mechanic HADI - 12" and "Service Fuel Eco NTU-HADI - 12". Such enhancements allow the mechanic (dispatcher) to use the proposed information and software complexes to assess the operational state of vehicles in various enterprises of motor transport by number and purpose. The use of the enhanced information and software complexes "Virtual Mechanic HADI - 12" and "Service Fuel Eco NTU-HADI - 12" allows for the transition to an "adaptive" system of maintenance and repair of vehicles, a key feature of which is the presence of similar complexes that ensure remote monitoring and receiving the necessary current information from vehicles, processing it and making corrective influences during maintenance and repair. Based on the integration of technical means into the previously proposed transport information monitoring system "KhNADU-TES", an automated system for managing the technical operation of the rolling stock of motor transport within the framework of ITS has been developed.
