Abstract

Increasing the efficiency of production, its intensification is achieved to a large extent thanks to the use of new progressive technologies and technological processes. Considering in a general way the technology of technical influence as a method and techniques, methods of changing the technical condition of the car in order to ensure its operability. It is accepted to determine the list of technological operations included in it, based on the design of the service facility and the requirements for the reliability of the units and systems of the car. However, the design and technology must be carefully scrutinized.

A technological process (TP) is a set of operations performed systematically and consistently in time and space over a car. The technological process of maintenance (TO) is a part of the production process, which consists of subsystems of work items, production and technical base, performers who carry out the process and manage it, and documentation for changing the state of work items in these production conditions in accordance with the requirements of regulatory technical documentation.

The purpose of substantiating the production structure of JAC N80 car service stations is to consider the possibility of achieving their given productivity at the expense of three types of resources, namely: changes in the number of workers, equipment and posts. The study is based on the modeling of maintenance technological processes using the basic principles of the theory of graphs and schedules. A modeling method is proposed using a heuristic algorithm for the distribution of the entire set of maintenance operations of a certain type among workers at service station posts (SSO) taking into account the number of equipment, with the aim of obtaining a schedule of operations that minimizes the duration of the cycle. The results of the simulation are the dependence of the duration of the technological process of the daily maintenance of JAC N80 cars on the number of involved workers, equipment and posts, as well as the dependence between the number of different resources involved and the efficiency indicators of their use. Analysis of the research results showed that increasing the number of workers reduces the duration of the JAC N80 maintenance process, and also increases the utilization rates of workers' time funds and equipment.
